Register, Sign In & Enrol
Are you looking to book into a YMCA Whittlesea Children's Program? At YMCA Whittlesea we manage all our enquiries online through the My Family Lounge (MFL) service. It's easy to enrol in our services - simply follow the 3 steps below.
If you have already registered for an account you can sign in here.
For NEW families (first time users) to My Family Lounge, click on the REGISTER ONLINE button below. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your MFL account. For families with existing MFL accounts, you can sign in below.
Once you have registered, log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.
Step 3 (Early Learning ONLY)
Once you have submitted the Waitlist Request via MFL, we will respond to you within 48 hours and advise if we have places available for your child. If we have places, we will email you an offer which you are required to accept or decline. If you accept the offer you must complete and submit the Enrolment Form in the MFL portal.
Step 4 (School Holiday ONLY)
All families are required to use the casual calendar to secure your child's booking. Please note that the calendar provides families with information about incursions and excursions. Once you make a booking your place is confirmed immediately. If you alter your booking you may still be charged for that change. Families will receive a statement 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the program to confirm your booking.
